So she made a mistake about the number of pediatric hospitalizations. But there are close to 120,000 covid patients clogging up the hospital system now. So the bigger mistake will be made by the cons on the court if they overturn the Biden mandate since more people will go to work without the same safeguards they require for themselves and even more people will likely require hospitalization and or/die. Since the Washington Post gave her 4 Pinocchios for her abject ignorance or her outright lies about how many children are currently hospitalized, as well as her idiotic remarks claiming that Omicron virus is as deadly as the initial Covid 19 virus and that great numbers of the children infected were in hospitals on Ventilators, even CDC Director Rochelle Walensky stated that Sotomayor was giving false information.

As is the case with other COVID strains, omicron is less dangerous to young people than it is to older individuals.
