Illustrated guide to seeing on Mars

Posted By Dominique Dierick
Hi all,

Here are images from last Sunday. One can see the seeing getting better the more Mars got up higher in the sky (and the temperature settled to a freezing -2). C11 and DMK31 at f25.

Best regards

Hi all,

My website is now online completely again - and renewed. It can be found at www.crea-te.be.
Plenty of astronomical and none astronomical images available in diary style.

Don't forget to sign the guestbook if you like (or don't like wink ) what you see.

Best regards

Dodi

What's in the media in the US around this?

Posted By Dominique Dierick
Hi James,

Interesting background information. I consider Powell to be one of the more intelligent statesmen of the last decades in the US (at least of the ones we get to see in the media over here). I wonder if he wouldn't make a better president than the one you have now (don't start this debate please wink!!!!).

The information about Blair's reasons was on tele, not on the net, but basically it came down to the British failure to cope in time with Hitler back in the 30's while they still had time to do so, and the fear of hitting the same
stone twice.

Haven't we...

Rest assured, I am not at all pro-SH. His regime is horrible, and he'd better step down better today than tomorrow, but we have to remain consequent. Consequence is credibility, and unfortunately, we have to look far for it for the moment.

How some view France?

Posted By Dominique Dierick
Yeah, like the cartoon with a pile of Bush portraits mentioning "Dozens of empty biochemical warheads found in Washington". I liked that one too smile)
