I have sent 2 emails to the support service of Astromart to no avail. Does anybody read these requests or comments? Why don’t they respond?

I give up. Life is too short to be concerned where I am on a list. All I know is that I was once on the TOP USER LIST and no longer.

can someone at Astromart tell me why I’m not listed in the top user list. I did have over 600 5 star ratings and 1000 ads at one time.
