alcohol(available at any pharmacy).Sometimes I use Windex for water soluble deposits that the alcohol won't remove.

Meade 10" f/10 LX OTA Weight?

Anacortes lists the weight at 30lbs with the sliding mount bracket.So probably 27 or 28.
