Mel, "The Hill" is generally regarded as a conservative source and bias.
"The Hill is a conservative newspaper and website founded in 1994": Quora

If the "The Hill" and Faux news isn't conservative enough for you, what is?...

There are 1300+ comments following the article thus far and none of them think the story is stupid.  Just you...

That's just how big of Trump supporters they are.  I even heard they had photos of the writers at the Hill down on the ground licking Trump's Boots!

They leave that to you...

I am glad this crap is printed. Each time this type of story makes the news maybe another person will be forced to admit this is way too stupid to be true.
Hmm, the story is being circulated on multiple conservative and MSM sources. Too bad they don't get their final word on the matter from Mel. He'll sit 'em down and set 'em straight!...

And if he can find it in a link? Please, nobody, don't give it one second of thought, no need!
Well now, Mel, since you mentioned a link, why don't you give us one in which Trump issues his default statement that what's been reported on Fox and in the Washington Examiner is just "fake news"? Or, how about a link where Trump says he was just funnin when he called Kid Rock and asked for advice after playing golf with him?

Out of that, how in the hell do you say Trump was asking Rock for foreign policy advice? Do you find a link that insults to your satisfaction and MAYBE read it, but for sure assume the headline is true, and post it? And watch tens of thousands of other lefties run with this crap like their hair is on fire? And you are asking me to find one of your f'n links to rebut this idiocy?
This stupid shit is really the best you can do?
Get more sleep or something
"Did you read your dam link?"
Of course I read the damn link, Melvin, I posted it didn't I?
It should be axiomatic that Trump shouldn't be asking Kid Rock for advice on what to tweet to ISIS. Trump has advisors to do that and Kid Rock wasn't one of them.
Then there's Korea:
"The musician told Carlson that Trump at one pointed asked him, "What do you think we should do about North Korea?"
"I'm like, what?" Kid Rock remembered thinking. "I don't think I'm qualified to answer this."
Obviously Trump shouldn't have been asking him about that, either...
Looks like you're the one who needs to get some sleep and then wake up!...

I'm still waiting for Trump to claim the story is nothing more than "fake news" from Fox or that he was just kidding Kid Rock. But, he's too busy praising Putin and claiming his invasion was due to "the rigged 2020 election"...
