What, you thought Putin didn't already know that US intel was being actively used by Ukraine? I've seen video after video on youtube about Ruskie generals being eliminated at the front. I'll repeat it. Putin already knows. He was trained in the intel services of the KGB. He knows how the intel community works. He's already been labeled what he is, a war criminal, by the president of the United States. So, if anything, he's already mad about it but that's reality. And, he's at war in the Ukraine so we're well past diplomatic pleasantries. It's not a matter of whether or not it makes him happy or sad.
