So those who have already pleaded guilty to seditious conspiracy and weren't among the 12 noted above should have had you explain it to them so they'd plead not guilty instead? That about cover it? Lol! Wanna watch me play dump truck ya hillbilly hick?

If that's the case, who do you continue with posts in this thread and in others that support Trump's position and actions regarding Jan 6th?

I'm not speaking only to the attempted insurrection of Jan 6 but also to the conspiracy to overthrow the results of the election. These acts are concurrent with one another and, like you, I hope the DOJ prosecutes Trump but a referral for prosecution from the Jan 6 committee isn't necessary for that to occur.
Today's testimony was quite powerful. Did you watch it?

I find it interesting and a bit perplexing that Jim is criticizing Adam Schiff for his role on the committee without listening to anything he had to say...

Schiff asked some questions and the GOP reps, in very compelling testimony, detailed Trump's plot to pressure them to overturn election results in their states. The GOPreps did most of the talking and everybody in attendance listened.

Look, maybe everything Schiff has done on this particular committee is above board...  Could be I suppose.  But he has no credibility with me because of the entirety of his career.  I doubt he could ever rehabilitate himself in my view, and as you have been told, I'm a RINO.  If I seriously wanted to uncover crimes committed by Trump, Schiff is not the kind of congressman I would put on the committee.  If I wanted maximum impact on the daily talk shows, Schiff would be my guy.

Here's politico's fact-checking on Schiff:

And from Newsweek:

Seems like he's keeping his nose above board to me...

Talk about twisted logic: "Fox News anchor Bret Baier praised the elected Republicans, state officials and local elections workers who have testified before the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol in recent days."
“This testimony shows not only the Arizona House speaker — all of the state officials, these officials in [the Department of Justice], who again were working for President Trump, stood up saying, ‘we have an oath to the Constitution,'”
Ok, so they all stood up and took a position against Trump's fraudulent attempt and pressure campaign to overturn the results of a legitimate election. And based on the fact that they did, Trump did not overturn the election and, therefore, the Democrats on the committee are wrong and the country and Tump did not come close to overturning the results of the 2020 election!

Ya gotta hand it to a Fox news commentator to confuse and obscuate the findings thus far of the Jan 6 committee...
