Additionally, it appears Rich has cited comments apparently from Alan recorded earlier in the month before the recent hearings. Additionally, Alan is reportedly representing the MyPillow guy-Lindell-who just got booted from Walmart...

But aside from that, the Bill of Rights applies equally to everyone in the nation and the bureaucrats don't just get to take those rights away willy nilly because they have fears.

Life is full of danger.  Get used to it.
Protecting me?! Lol! Are you a cop? At best, I don't think you could protect yourself. At worst, you'd probably be like the guy who almost shot the good guy trying to wrestle the gun away from the perp who shot Gifford...

It doesn't.  From what I read, SHE said it.  Do you understand the difference?

If the article confirms that HE told the reporter that, then point it out.

I didn't see it.

I'll look for your next response.

"The Secret Service officials could be anyone".  I didn't see it where it said Ornato confirmed that he was Irate.  I didn't read where it stated "we confirmed through Ornato and Ornato doesn't dispute that Trump was angry.

You DO understand that what you say are the words of a CBS reporter.

I don't see quotes do you?

That would be a big NO.
Here's what it does say, "The Secret Service officials do not dispute that Trump was irate or that he demanded to be taken to the Capitol, in the language that Hutchinson related to the committee."

The Cons on the court overturned 50 years of modern precedent in a decision that the vast majority of American don't like and don't want. Now, Thomas is calling for overturning contraceptive and other rights:

Over time, even more, Plan B medications will emerge, and as long as the FDA approves them, there is bupkiss the Supreme Court or States can do about it. One such drug is mifepristone, which can be used in the first ten weeks of pregnancy. Honestly, this ruling has done little more than create a ton of chaos and marginalized the most vulnerable among us even further. I'm confident that Republicans will also pay a high political cost for it. The right-wingers have also now lost a significant political carrot too.
I'd add that the public's perception of the supreme court, commonly referred to these days as the Thomas court, will sink from floating in the toilet to an actual flush and, therefore, the credibility of it is unlikely to remerge for years to come. At worst, we've witnessed the actions of the court from limiting voting rights to overturning Roe v Wade and at best, we will see the results on their actions in the political arena with the consequences aptly noted in your post...

And:  "One might now call it the Kavanaugh Court or the Alito Court or even the Thomas Court, inasmuch as Justice Clarence Thomas is now the senior member of the Court’s right wing, and thus has the power to decide who will write for the Court whenever the Chief is not in the majority."

I thought the account's of Trump's approving the hanging of Pence and his admonitions of knowingly allowing more armed rioters into the capitol building by removing the metal detectors to be a wee bit more distressing, not to mention the obstruction of justice and election fraud charges on his and his staff's part...
Just sayin...
