Hi Tom,

I use sheet teflon (.022" thick) glued to the ground board and running against teflon pads for several scopes. I think it's the perfect answer for all sized dobs.

It's available from most plastics supply companies. Ask for waste pieces from the rolls.
It's worth the hunt and extra time.

If your boards are perfectly flat. you can run two sheets of teflon together (both loose-no adhesive) without pads at all.

What scope do you have there? What was the method for the photo? (Focal length, eyepiece projection, etc.)

I have three small reflectors and have owned others. They are supreme fun to obtain the most from them.
