Let me now explain Your problem and then I'll give you the solution to Your problem.

You're concerned about the use of vile speech towards others.  The problem for you (not for most others who do actually do believe in the 1st amendment) is that you think that the best way to combat speech you don't like is to have the government censor and suppress speech.

Obviously you didn't learn by the time you were in 2nd grade that the best way to deal w/idiots who are racist, bigoted, etc... is to use more intelligent speech to counter their vile messages.  

Most children do understand and learn how to combat those who use vile racist commentary.  They either beat them down with logic or reason or they ignore their vile commentary.

Those like the racist white supremacists you don't like have IQs in the range of maybe 70.

The solution for you is to grow your IQ and either Ignore these losers or you counter them with a better and more reasoned argument.  

The answer doesn't lie in the ignorant thought process that you can make other people think sensibly, by censoring them and suppressing their thoughts.  

The answer is to approach them using reason and logic.  Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.  Some people you just can't reach, and they'll stay ignorant their entire lives.

Consider this.  I've tried to make you understand how foolish you are w/respect to your politics using logic and reason.  

I've been doing it for 10 years now and you're still stuck.

I've just come to realize that there's no hope for you.

As for myself, I couldn't care less what some idiots on twitter say.  The answer is to ignore them.
