It's pretty obvious that since most Republican voters don't vote by mail while Democrats frequently do, the GOP is nitpicking this instance of an undated ballot(s) received before election day as an excuse to disenfranchise voters to gain a perceived advantage in the election...

The list of these kinds of candidates goes on and on and if they win, Democracy in our country doesn't...
Now in Rich's warped view, some ballots with a missing or incorrect date, with half of an appellate court saying they should be counted while the half says they should, somehow equates with Democrats operating outside of the law. It's safe bet though, that if he mailed in his ballot and he forgot to date it, he'd expect it to count...
