We all heard the facts back when it happened and they verified back then that she had classified emails.

So, the only equivocation I see here is the possibility that one of the three initially in question may have been marked with a small "c" and likely overlooked by Clinton as such in the thousands of emails on her server and that one was a low level classification at that...

"From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received."
"With respect to the thousands of e-mails we found that were not among those produced to State, agencies have concluded that three of those were classified at the time they were sent or received, one at the Secret level and two at the Confidential level."

Clinton did not initiate the 110 classified emails in the 52 email chains; those were sent and received by the owning agency within the state as part of chain emails.
Of the additional emails, 3 were found to be listed as some sort of classified material at the time the FBI looked at it but it was later determined that 2 out of the 3 were misclassified as such by the state department. 
The Washington Post fact checked Clinton's claim that none of her emails were classified and determined it to be technically correct...

Unsecured? Did any foreign actors hack Clinton's secured ( and not unsecured as you say) server? Was any of the so-called classified information, of which there are many levels of classified documents, compromised by anything Clinton did? Of course not...
