Really? Care to comment on the copious amounts of classified documents seized at Mar a Lago?
Virtually anybody can get in there, too. For example, take the recent case of the 25 year old man who nearly made it into the family suite to see Trump, unannounced:

PS: That spy balloon is reportedly the size of three city buses. You can't miss!
Not only that, but your favorite people, Donald Trump and Margie Taylor Greene are publically calling for it to b e "shot down"!
"Former President Trump called to “SHOOT DOWN THE BALLOON” on his social media platform Truth Social on Friday morning, echoing calls from multiple Republican lawmakers on Twitter."
“Biden should shoot down the Chinese spy balloon immediately,” Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) agreed on Thursday. “President Trump would have never tolerated this. President Trump would have never tolerated many things happening to America.”

Absolutely, but Biden asked for the military option and was strongly dissuaded from doing so on the advice of top generals at the Pentagon. Their concern, unjustified in my opinion, is that the debris might fall on people or damage property in...Montana! The latter is sparsely populated and is inhabited primarily by Trumptoids so that if a piece did land on one of their empty heads, it wouldn't be any great loss in the first place. Furthermore, do you think the Chinese government would give a rat's ass if it fell on anybody in China?

"The government has been monitoring a suspected Chinese surveillance balloon that has been hovering over the northern U.S. for the past few days, and they have discussed shooting it out of the sky, according to two U.S. officials and a senior defense official."

Good idea! Get Greg up there and have him pop away at it!

The COLORADO To Los Angeles Ghost Gun Superhighway

Posted By Rod Kaufman

According to the National Geographic series I was watching the other night, COLORADO is the super hub supplier of Ghost Guns for Los Angeles street gangs and others.
This PSA from law enforcement will kind of give you the flavor of what's going on in COLORADO:
https://www.justice.gov/usao-co/pr/colorado-man-shares-warnings-about-ghost-guns
According a major supplier of ghost guns in COLORADO who was interviewed in the National Geographic series, a particular type of ghost gun is most popular.   Take the ghost gun challenge and see of you can identify it:

A. Handgun
B. Ar-15
C. Ak-47
D. Shotgun

Give up?
Answer: D

GOP House Reps Relace Flag Pins With Pins Of AR-15s

Posted By Rod Kaufman

Instead of wearing the traditional American flag pins on their lapels, Republican congressional representatives have replaced them with pins of an AR-15, provided by the congressional rep of GEORGIA (wear else):

Amid rabid gun violence and a steady stream of multiple mass shootings in America, how sick can you possibly be?...

The books your article is speaking of are books that promote sexual acts and have drawings that depict girls giving boys blowjobs, or boys performing anal sex on each other.

That sure is appropriate for Elementary school children don't you think?
No, I was referring to books like:
Harry Potter series by J. K. Rowling"
"Reasons: banned and forbidden from discussion for referring to magic and witchcraft, for containing actual curses and spells, and for characters that use “nefarious means” to attain goals".

Jim
Here's a list of banned books by year:
https://www.ala.org/advocacy/bbooks/frequentlychallengedbooks/top10
I think, and I believe the same to be generally true for for the position of the Democratic party, that it is up to the choice of the parent to decide what their child reads and what he or she does not. Thus, it's not up to to a particular parent to "challenge" a book on a shelf and then persuade the school board by way of a petition and/or expression of public outrage at a school board meeting to ban a book.

By the way, I agree that parents should not be challenging books other than actual pornography or dangerous non-fiction, like how to make homemade bombs.  Still, I remain curious as to how many public schools and libraries actually caved in to these challenges?  I am sure the answer is "some."  I doubt it is many. At least I hope not.

Jim

p.s.  I'm not seeing Harry Potter on those lists.  Lots of LBGTQ and race writing that I do not think should be challenged or banned.

It's #9 on the list for 2019.
