Oh obtuse moron, medicare and medi-cal or medicaid, as it's called depending on what state you live are provided for those who qualify for it based upon age, disability and income levels. Not everybody, by any stretch of your wanton stupidity, qualifies for both.  On the other hand, the dreamers, as per Biden's proposal, will have to purchase their insurance through the affordable care act and pay an insurance premium to get it.
Does that penetrate your uni-neuronal brain?...

What does your moronic brain think when California has illegals coming into it at a rate that is bankrupting it?

Are you truly this fucking stupid?

Hell, why do I bother, you're a California moron who just keeps putting these idiots back in office.

Here's an article for you to suck on:

https://www.investors.com/politics/commentary/medicare-and-medicaid-are-both-in-a-sickly-state-at-50/

From the article:

"Medicaid today covers nearly 72 million people — compared with the 55 million on Medicare. Roughly 12 million of them signed up after ObamaCare induced dozens of states to expand the program.

Under Medicaid, state and federal governments split costs 50/50. The federal government pays all of the costs of those newly eligible under the ObamaCare expansion, but that share eventually drops to 90%.

Even so, Medicaid's costs are swamping state budgets, climbing from 9% in 1989 to 20% today. The National Commission on Financing 21st Century Higher Education says that Medicaid's explosive growth is crowding out funds that states used to spend on higher education.

And despite Medicaid's vast costs, its ridiculously low provider payment rates leave millions of poor people without access to doctors and dentists. Nearly a third of doctors were refusing to take new Medicaid patients even before ObamaCare was adding millions to the program.

After 50 years of bloat, waste, inefficiency and lousy care, you'd think that lawmakers on both sides of the political aisle would be looking for ways to do what Johnson promised long ago: fix the many serious defects, inherent to both health programs, with real reforms.

All I can say is that you are without question one of the dumbest bastards I've come across in my 62 years of existence on this planet.  ermm
The only DF here is, of course, YOU. For the upteenth time, dreamers covered under Biden's proposal have to purchase their own insurance through the affordable care act.  That said, most states want to increase access to medicaid, not decrease it except for some of the most conservatively run GOP states that have all of the problems associated with not doing it. You are one obtuse moronic DF for refusing to understand it...

And I'll say it again, that you are too stupid for words to describe.

You've never given one second to trying to figure out how to finance these loser programs, especially since you don't use them.

But I'm sure you feel all warm and fuzzy inside to think you're doing something by supporting these insolvent programs and agencies, even though they are failing miserably.

Gov't can't pave freaking roads, but DSs like yourself never think about things that you do not think about...
Do you even have health insurance? I'm seriously doubting it since you're supposedly self employed. But just assuming, for a moment that you have it, do you get it through the affordable care act or do you prefer to pay more by buying it directly from a private insurance carrier? And I'm not talking about hospitalization alone, but a plan that provides for both medical care as well as hospitalization...

The Rapid Transit Decline of America as Victor Davis Hanson Explains

I think it's because we've got so many deadbeats like people who won't buy their own healthcare insurance even if they can get it for less though the affordable care act and/or someone like Ron DeSantos who, just today, is bragging about using his power in the Florida GOP to enthrone the state's powers over Disneyland so they, in DeSanto's words, will be beholding "to the people of Florida". Yup, Disneyland moved to Florida to be beholding to its people via the the authority of perpetual oversight by a Ron DeSanto's board of hand picked representatives. Or, take Donald J Trump, purveyor of of countless election lies and a deficit that the house GOP is currently failing to raise the debt ceiling to manage it unless he's elected as president  even though he caused it in the first place. Now, about those election lies, Faux is about to have its feet held to the fire as Dominion's lawyers are about to flame "judge" Jeanine Pirro's ass on the stand:

Maybe Victor has a point as typified by the decline of the American nuclear family unit. Here's an example provided by the divorce of Marjorie Taylor Greene wherein she denied her ongoing relationship with a Newsmax reporter before both of their divorces took place:

Naughty Margie, the archetypical hypocritical and lying example of a self-professed holier than thou white Christian woman....

No, I don't subscribe to fascists like Trump, DeSantos, McCarthy, Jordan, Greene and their ilk like you do...

You might want to learn something and open your mind:

https://www.prageru.com/press/prageru-and-dinesh-d'souza-unearth-the-leftist-roots-of-fascism

From the article above:

"Gentile also believed all private action should be oriented to serve society, with no distinction between private interest and public interest. He considered the state to be the administrative arm of society, so society and all its members were to submit to the state in everything".

Hmm ..... I recall that about 1000 times here now I've called the left "Bees in a Hive".

Let's see what happened with those who didn't want to wear a mask?  What did you and the rest of the left here say about it?

You stated that those who didn't weren't concerned about their fellow man (those other bees in the hive) and were selfish.  You yourself said the STATE should arrest them and place them in jail.

You are all for the STATE intervening and controlling everything and everyone in society.

You are for the STATE controlling ALL healthcare and you attempted to call me out just yesterday, attempting to berate me because you think that I don't have health insurance and so I'm not "contributing to the STATE".

You are totally against the Private citizen defending himself via a firearm or firearms.  The STATE should be the one to decide what type of arms that the CITIZEN shall be able to possess, rather than the law abiding citizen.

The STATE should provide the protection via police and people should submit their firearms to the STATE.

You are ALL for the STATE controlling the free speech of others, as you have no problem with Twitter and Google getting together with the gov't which lately has been proven to be FACT when they called on Facebook, Google, and Twitter to CENSOR the FREE speech of Americans.  The Leftist Democrat FBI at the time, told Facebook straight out to control the Speech of Conservatives and shut down their accts.  You applauded that action of censorship.

You are ALL for the state violating the DUE PROCESS clause of the US Constitution and going after the political opponents of the left like Donald Trump, Jim Jordan, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Kevin McCarthy, Ron DeSantis, Peter Navarro, Steve Bannon, etc... and you defend your leftists like Eric Holder for violations of the same laws you want others put in jail for.

You pal are a statist/communist pure and simple.  Oh and while you are at it, go ahead and add Fascism to that descriptor of yourself. smile
Oh and BTW, I'm guessing that you are ALL FOR the idea of Digital Currency right?

What is your position on that? Do you support the idea of the gov't tracking every monetary purchase we make and eventually getting rid of currency?

P.S.  Remind us again of your definition of Fascism and tell us all who the Fascists are?
"Remind us again of your definition of Fascism and tell us all who the Fascists are? "
Looks like you have short term memory loss: Trump, DeSantos, Jordan, McCarthy, Greene, and their ilk. Add: traitors, insurrectionists, to the aforementioned fascists...

But if you do care to impress us all, go ahead and take the opportunity to inform us as to how a few of the above list are fascists.  How is Ron DeSantis fascist?  How is Jim Jordan fascist?  How is Kevin McCarthy Fascist?

How are they also traitors?

Care to have a crash session of intellectual dynamics right there in your noggin?

Enlighten us.  Instead of just burping up your stuff, go ahead and explain it.   LOL  tongue

Otherwise I'll accuse you of simply engaging in your regular rantings of a madman!  smile

Do clues like "January 6th" and "Trial by combat" shine any light on the obtuse one? How about guilty convictions of Jan 6th participants for seditious conspiracy for answering the calls of their Republican leadership?

This definition of fascism pretty well sums up today's Republican party:
"Fascism is a far-right, authoritarian, ultranationalist political ideology and movement, characterized by a dictatorial leader, centralized autocracy, militarism, forcible suppression of opposition, belief in a natural social hierarchy, subordination of individual interests for the perceived good of the nation and race ..."
