This is the one of the largest such settlements in history. For its part, Fox stated, "We acknowledge the Court's rulings finding certain claims about Dominion to be false."
Now, as we look forward to the Smartmatic suit, their rep stated yesterday, "A Smartmatic spokesman said in a statement: “Dominion’s litigation exposed some of the misconduct and damage caused by Fox’s disinformation campaign. Smartmatic will expose the rest.”

You're free to guess though.  lol
We all know you're pulling a feeble whataboutism and deflection here, byt maybe CNN should have gone to trial:
"Judge tosses Covington Catholic student's lawsuits over D.C. encounter""A federal judge on Tuesday threw out multimillion-dollar defamation lawsuits against five media companies brought by a Kentucky student involved in a 2019 widely viewed encounter with a Native American man at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington."

He was suing them for hundreds of millions of dollars.   He got settlements from 3 different outlets who smeared him in the most vile way.

As I stated before, CNN publicly apologized for their smear tactics against the child.  You being the sleaze that you are, smeared Sandmann as well and cheered while your sleaze outfit CNN smeared him.  Speaks volumes about your character... oh wait, sorry I forgot that you have no character.  wink

They PAID Sandmann because it was in their monetary interest to pay Sandmann for Smearing a 16 year old child day after day, week after week.

As for the other lawsuits that were thrown out last year, Sandmann through his lawyers are appealing that to a higher court.

We have seen in the past that it only takes one judge to disrupt due process and use his power in an attempt to politicize the law.

I'm confident that down the road Nick Sandmann will have either his day in court or more settlements coming his way.  smile
I haven't smeared Sandmann at all at any time so stop lying about that. That said, do you have a crystal ball that more settlements are still coming his way? You will let us know when they arrive, won't you....
PS Here's an online estimate of his estimated net worth:
https://caknowledge.com/nick-sandmann-net-worth/
Is that a smear too?...

Please do elaborate. smile

There were plenty of fraudulent and illegal ballots cast.  It doesn't mean there were enough to sway the election, however neither You, I, or the lamppost will ever know because judges dismissed the vast majority of the lawsuits that went to court, claiming that the person suing did not have Standing to sue and the cases were dismissed before they even presented a scintilla of evidence.

That's a fact.
Looking at the evidence:
" An Associated Press review of every potential case of voter fraud in the six battleground states disputed by former President Donald Trump has found fewer than 475 — a number that would have made no difference in the 2020 presidential election."
"Democrat Joe Biden won Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin and their 79 Electoral College votes by a combined 311,257 votes out of 25.5 million ballots cast for president. The disputed ballots represent just 0.15% of his victory margin in those states."
"The cases could not throw the outcome into question even if all the potentially fraudulent votes were for Biden, which they were not, and even if those ballots were actually counted, which in most cases they were not."
"The review also showed no collusion intended to rig the voting. Virtually every case was based on an individual acting alone to cast additional ballots."
"The findings build on a mountain of other evidence that the election wasn’t rigged, including verification of the results by Republican governors."
"The AP review, a process that took months and encompassed more than 300 local election offices, is one the most comprehensive examinations of suspected voter fraud in last year’s presidential election."

Actually, you're the one without any credibility, particularly in light of your above comments.
"Many left and center-rated sources now cover the laptop story and the probe into Hunter Biden with no skeptical framing of the laptop’s contents. In April, one Washington Post analysis said many emails on the laptop had been deemed as “likely legitimate,” but “an enormous amount of the material on the drive couldn’t be validated as legitimate, in part because of the game of telephone that the material had undergone by the time it reached us.”

Since the Hunter Biden laptop diversion you've been pedaling for quite awhile has yet to be proof of wrongdoing by the Bidens and Hunter hasn't been charged, let alone convicted of anything, not to mention, it has nothing to do with voter fraud that is the topic of this latest posts in the thread, it confirms your nonsensical comments as such.
And that's a fact...

From the above:   "What Does Arbitrating a Legal Dispute Involve?

Let’s define what arbitration is. It is one of the most popular forms of ADR: alternative dispute resolution. Learn more about arbitration definition economics. Arbitration is the preferred method for resolving disputes away from court. Parties can send their disputes over to an arbitrator or more than one arbitrator. The arbitrator will assess evidence and listen to what the parties say. Then, the arbitrator will make a binding or nonbinding decision. More about arbitration & the types of arbitration."

You might want to read the article in the link, as it goes over much more in what occurs in NON-binding and binding arbitration.

You really aren't as smart as you believe you are Cliff Claven.  smile

P.S.  I can supply you with many websites that are much more specific about the subject for which you apparently know very little about.  wink

P.S.  Here is another site that is specific to Colorado.  My apologies that you are clueless and don't know what you are talking about.

https://www.modernfamilylaw.com/resources/binding-vs-non-binding-arbitration-in-colorado/

From that article:  "What Is Non-Binding Arbitration?

Non-binding arbitration is a process where the arbitrator’s decision is advisory only. The parties are not required to accept the arbitrator’s decision, and it does not have legal force. If one party is dissatisfied with the decision, they can still pursue legal action in court. Non-binding arbitration is commonly used when parties want to test the waters and get a sense of how a court might rule on their dispute without committing to a final resolution.

Note above where it states that the arbitrator's decision is ADVISORY only.

I hope you learned something here.  smile

Dominion trounces Fox

Posted By Rod Kaufman

The 3/4 billion settlement by Fox is likely just a first installment. Don't forget, Smartmatic is next up at bat and they can use all of Dominion's key findings uncovered during their deposition...

Dominion isn't done of course. They're going to hold Powell, Rudy, OAN and Newmax accountable, too. Can't wait for the Smartmatic suit against Fox to pound away at Fox. Then there are the "derivative lawsuits" brought by Fox shareholders against Fox failing to prevent their actions in advancing and pedalling Trump's election lies by their own "commentators"....
