I must say that I also was cheated by this Tauno.

I saw an add for an APM lens 152 F/8, and contacted him, as I was interested in purchasing it.
Unfortunately, I did the money transfer, but got nothing in return..

I expect that the Admins on astromart.com could obtain this guy's IP address, ban him for any future attempts, and maybe also provide us this IP Address as this could be used to file a complaint on the Police department in his location (don't know if Finland is really the real location, as proxies could have been used..).

So my kind request to the Admin team on Astromart is to help us solve this problem.

I'm also in a similar situation: I'm trying to open a new add, and after selecting which images to upload, I click "next" and nothing happens... this also happened in the past, so would kindly ask a member from the Administrators group to shed some light here.

I know your post is quite old, but I'm getting the same issue...  Can an Admin support us ?

So this problem is now happening for at least 6 months, meaning that I can't post a new add.
Every time I'm placing a new add, when I click "Continue" I'm getting the "sniping wheel" cursor... and it keeps doing that indefinitely...


Regardless, if its description is short (10-20 words) or much more, or if I attach pictures or not, I simply can't post anything.

I am a paying member, each year renewing my subscription, but I'm wondering if this is simply money down the drain...

I would like to kindly ask a member from the support team to help me fix this problem. And, as far as I was searching the Forum/FAQ, I'm not the only one in this situation...

So the problem seems to be related to me using Firefox as the web browser... after switching to Microsoft Edge, I could once more place ads..

It's a little bit strange the Firefox is no longer cooperating with something on astromart's side, as this was used in the past without issues... but, I'm glad that I can place new ads for now, so Edge is also ok..
