Looking for input on the "average" magnification others use on globular clusters.Right now I don't have anything to take me higher than 120x.M13 & M92 look nice but I'm curious as to how high you can go. (8" f6 dob)

I'm trying to decide between these two for use in a 8"f/6 dob.I have a 10mm plossl which is ok but I'd like a little more power along with a better image.It would be for planetary and globular cluster use.Image quality would be a higher priority then FOV.Any opinions?

I think most people would feel more comfortable making a purchase from an individual with a proven track record of honest dealing rather then take a chance on a "no star" with a price that is to good to be true.It minimizes the risk. If the cyber dealer is willing to take more risk,do more work and keep astro items in circulation that person deserves some compensation. Everyone wins except for the person who wants something for nothing.The original seller gets an opportunity to build a decent rating,the cyber dealer makes a tiny finders fee,Astromart gets more traffic and the buyer,waiting for an item to posted by a seller with a proven track record,gets another chance at a purchase. What's the problem?

Are all Televue eyepieces manufactured in Taiwan or do some still come out of Japan?

Does anyone know if the soon to be released 24mm panoptic will be parfocal with the T6 naglers and radians?I'm thinking there might be a chance with the 1¼ only barrel.
