As the title states. a member here purchased an item, has tried communicating with the seller-to no avail. Seller has marked the item as "sold". Seller won't return messages or ship out the purchased item.

I'm trying to give a positive rating to a member here who purchased an item from me. The trouble is that he doesn't show up in my "un used ratings" What can I do?
