Hi,
I ahve a 80mm f/5.6 Vernonscope refractor with a 2 inch focuser and a 2 inch star diagonal.
Whenever I use my Meade ma9mm eyepiece in the 2 inch diagonals 1 1/4 adapter I rack the focuser all the way in, but it is not enough travel to focus on a star. Is there any remedy for this, or are there certain brands of eyepieces that work better than others in this type of setup?
