Edited my earlier post to this. Thought I was taken for a ride...possibly not...

I was scammed for over 2k several months ago, stupid me used Zelle.  I placed an ad last week for a Celestron Edge 11, sure enough another too good to be true response. Only wanted a bank transaction. Was a new member for a week. Knowing it was a scam, was wondering what I could do to catch him and even to see if the same one who took my money. This time he was Rob Garcia whose account has now dissapeared. Anyone know what to do to try to prosecute these people to possibly get money back? I contacted Zelle and my bank..their answer more or less was oh well, should not of used zelle...
