So, why is Astromart revealing my email address to sellers when I respond to their ads? To me, this is a privacy concern, and it seems to me that initial contact to a seller should only be responded to via Astromart's messaging system. Same as it is on Cloudy Nights classified listings, and also eBay. Email addresses can always be shared later.

Communicating via the AM messaging system also preserves a record of the transaction which is important to me.

Is there no account setting that allows me to hide my email address when initially contacting a seller on the classified listings?
