All of us that ordered the 102 f6 have been very much aware that there were problems - there were also promises month after month to keep us informed.

We are given dates and promises of updates - not the product, but just when we can expect an update. There has never been a single promise of an update kept in 8 months of delays.

Whenever this achro arrives and if by magic it should perform as the Hubble, I still wouldn't order a paper clip from a company that has such a low regard for its customers.

It's been a year since ordering a 4" achro and while the promises and dreams of new products keep on coming, we were given a very clear option of cancelling the order Dec. 9th. I paid full price + shipping a year ago and I can't get answers from the dealer I ordered from (Anacortes) nor Burgess.

What is the matter? Am I missing something or do I have to start the legal stuff? All I want is to be rid of this Burgess BS and get my money back - simple.

Maybe that's been the problem, making them more battlefield compatible than my observing habits require at the expense of precision and QC.

If that's true Mark, then what continues from BO can only be labelled BS. All along we've been given reasons and explanations why a simple achromat couldn't be had, such as the example of the ship taking eight weeks to arrive from China. After that, there were constant promises of 'in another 4 weeks' etc. about every problem from lenses to focusers.

If you're saying that Bill's only claim to fame (importer of the century) has been compomised by having to find a 2nd supplier of Magic, then his predicament is even worse than I thought just going by his own promises.

On top of that, he has to resort to identifying to other cheerleaders names of who should be blacklisted...

His actions speak for themselves and it only amazes me what folks will believe in order to keep their dreams alive.
