I have bought, inspected and rejected two EQ-6 mounts. One of them didn't even have the dovetail for the dovetail bar machined in it.
I bought a G-11 there is absolutely no comparision between EQ-6 and Losmandy. Spend the extra cash and buy a Losmandy.
Another plus. You have no chance of getting spare parts for an EQ-6. If you need them for your Losmandy go to their web sight or call Scott.
