Saw one at Astrofest this past weekend. It really is a CG-5 mount with a couple cuts to expose gears to motors/encoders and, obviously, covers for the motors/encoders. Clearly no new design for the most part, just a modification to the old CG5. Must admit that I was expecting something a little diffrent.

Must note that I did not use it and it may perform like a charm - so I withhold my opinion at this time.
