I am considering the above to use with nikon 5700. I will take wildlife as well as sky shots. Is the 70 a reasonable choice for a beginner?

The 5700 is known to be 'slow' and needs lots of light to work well. I plan on shooting both sky and wildlife (birds, small animals).
Is the ext-125 a good choice?
I just bought a etx-70at and I can tell it was not a good choice.

How can I make a cg5 with celestron dual axis motors into a goto. I have seen the modification using the meade motors but I hope not to have to do away with my new celestron motors.

Is the vixen gp very similar to the cg5?
I am wondering if Celestron drive motors will fit the vixen.
