I just got at a fleamarket an old edmonton scientific 4" Newt. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get any info on it. I'm looking for basically the manual and anything else I can find out about it (history). Its a red scope with a heavy mount (see pic). The electronics on the mount still works. I tried a google search with no luck.

So what is it? I found it at a thrift store and cleaned it up. It has no markings other than MEADE on both sides. I think it's a finder scope but then why does it also have a finder scoped attached to it?

I looked on the internets and the googles but no luck since it has nothing else on it except MEADE...
