My old drive corrector (an Accutrak from '75!) that I use on my 812 is finally giving up the ghost. All the new correctors are geared to use steppers. Are there replacements for the Hurst (AC synchronos) motors that have the necessary torque?

If not does anybody still make a frequency chopping corrector that can handle a AC(or DC) Dec motor?

One other item you might look for is a varimagi-finder. It slips over the viewfinder of the OM-1 and can provide up to a 2.5x magnification. See this link:
