Back in 1987 I bought in Richmond VA a Meade LX3 8" quatrz.
I'm now back home in Belgium and last spring one or more of the electronic components on the card inside the telescope failed; It might also be the little transfomer.
I contacted Mead germany (the official dealer in Europe) and they canot repair my instrument.
I wrote a not to Meade California to complain about this, but no answer. Anybody having a trick or spare parts he would agree to ship to me for resonable fee ?

Would someone have the schema of the small electronic plate inside the base of the "Meade LX3 8" quartz" with exact characteristics of each component as well as the characteristics of the small transformer that feeds the motor. The indication on the component are unreadable on non existant.
One of the above element is broken on my instrument and Meade claims they canot repair it, which I find unacceptable. They recommended me to buy a new instrument !!!!
I need therefore to redo myself that electronic but for that I need above details.

Please help me.
