Hi, Im new to the group, but have been an ameture since the late 70'S.

My first obervatory was a SEARS Mmetel roll off roof, but was destroyed in a big wind storm.

This is my new observatory that is under construction.
It will be a flip top roof.

My flip hatch observatory is almost done.

take a look and let me know what you think. I open the hatch with a hand winch inside the observatory.
If any one is intersted I can e-mail more photos.

labtec web cam

I have a labtec web cam and was wondering if any one has used this type of camera befor, and how to modify to fit a 1 1/4" eyepiece holder.
