1x red dot finder

I plan to purchase a 1x red dot finder for my 5" SCT. Any suggestions on which one to buy? Celestron Star Pointer, Orion EZ Finder II? I've owned a telrad before - it's too big and a big bulleye and a pulsing unit is not necessary.

For a 9.25 SCT, of these 2 mounts, which would you choose, strictly for VISUAL use?

Vixen Great Polaris Deluxe GEM Mount on Wood Tripod(no motors/drives)

or

Giro GR2 Deluxe Alt-Az Mount

Which set-up weighs more?

2" eyepieces and F/6.3 reducer

What is the longest FL 2" eyepiece I can use before vignetting becomes a problem w/ a F/6.3 reducer? I was thinking of getting a 32mm and a 40mm 2" Optiluxe eyepieces w/ the reducer. Mistake?

Enhanced Aluminum vs. Diaelectric Diagonals

I can't seem to find a used diaelectric diagonal and I don't care to spend about $235- 275 on a new one... what's my next alternative?

Enhanced Aluminum diagonals are the 2nd best, I'm assuming? If so, which model(s) should I go for?

I know they say all this stuff about how the diaelectric diagonals will outlast the rest of the competition. Well, if I think about it, I probably won't have this diagonal 5 years from now. Not even 2 maybe... so I'm assuming I can go w/ the enhanced aluminum models and when the "next generation" (something better than the diaelectric ones) diagonals come along, I'll pick up one of those.
