I think another year is quite optimistic 
Based on my research (I'm sure Roland will correct me if I am wrong), the last production run of 160's took care of people on the notification list from May through to Mid November 1999. That production run lasted from October 2004 through to around Jan/Feb 2007.
With the 130's in full production, it is anyone's guess (well, almost anyone's!) as to when the 160's will go back into production.
