My first attempt to post feedback contained more than 500 characters. Upon submittal, I received an error message telling me to go back, get it down below 500, and re-submit…which I did, but for some reason it continues to give me the exceeding 500 characters error message. Any ideas?

My condolences to his family and close friends. Tom left his mark on all of us. He will be greatly missed.
