Hello group,

My new C9.25 XLT CF tube OTA with orange dove tail rail arrives today (ordered fron Aancortes, ship to Thailand). I plan to use it on the only mount I have ,a GPDX for visual and some planatery webcam imaging. My problem is the stock rail (the orange one) that come with the OTA cannot fit on slot of the GPDX . It is nearly two times wider than the rail of Intes Micro M603 which I currently use with the GPDX. Which part do I need to mount the C9.25 on my GPDX?

Hi all,

Please look at the attatched dark frame taken from my brand new ST-8XME with KAF-1603ME Class 2 CCD camera. I'm new to this hobby and the eliptical shape cluster of dark currents at left upper part of the CCD make me worry. Is it normal for this class of CCD or it is defective one?
