Herb has posted a message saying that Adrian (last name witheld) is posing as J---- Fisher from NY not using his real name. If this is Adrian Lozinski, then I'd be interested in getting my money back from him:

I sent a payment for $95 for a camera lens on 25 Aug, 2003 and am yet to get it. He is evading my emails. His email id is [email protected]
I have an email he sent with the full header which I can give you. If this person is a fraud, I'd like to know what steps I need to take to get this person behind bars so that Astromart remains clean and others don't get cheated.

He gave his address as:
Adrian Lozinski,
207 Syracuse Ave.
Medford, NY 11763

The following is his email's header, if it'll be of any help to trace this
individual:

Mark,
I am trying to get in touch as you haven't responded to my email, nor have I received the package. Get in touch ASAP.

Anyone knows what happend to or how to get in touch with Mark, please let me know.
Thanks
Venkat

Ken,
Please see my posting (in the lost contacts forum i.e. here) about a camera lens which he acknowledged receiving payment for. I still haven't received the lens and intend to contact the police.

Let me know whether you need any emails he sent me. I have the header information for the email giving his IP address and the address to which I sent payment or any other information.

Venkat

Lenny,
Please look at Herb's message that he might be passing as Adrian Lozinski or as Jim Fisher from NY/NJ area. If he is the same person, deal with caution. I have been duped into sending him money but never got the product he advertised. There is another gentleman in the group who has paid for and ETX and not received it in more than 2 months.
Thanks
Venkat
