bolt pattern

Hey all, Lets try this again...my mistake. WHAT IS THE HOLE PATTERN DIMENSIONS ON THE TRIPOD OF A MEADE 12"LX200. I'm building a top plate for a pier I'm buying for a friend and he's on vacation so I can't get the measurements from him.
