Recently purchased C6-RGT. Finally got a chance to power it up but when first turned on, there is a slight movement in the declination (when facing North-moves northwest). Moves in the same degree each time. Have been told this is normal; others say it is not. Anyone with experience re: this question? Owners manual says it finds the index first before it displays. Could this be the answer.
