Hello. I have a pair of mini giant 12x63 binos. I have owned them for about 2 years. I took them out tonight to use them and I see double images of everything. Is there a way to collimate these? Thank you, Kevin.

Hello. I picked up a used C8 that looks just like the picture I posted. I went to use the illuminated finder and it does not have a battery in it. If someone has this finder could they please tell me the replacement battery part number? Thank you for your help, Kevin.

Hello., I bought a new Telrad and I am installing it on a Meade starfinder 12.5 When I tested it in the dark the circles appear blurry through the magnifier. I asked the wife to take a look at it and she said the same thing. Is it broken or am I nuts?

Hello. I recently picked up a WO Megrez 110ed. The previous owner took excellent care of it. I was finally able to take it out last night for the first time. I used a televue diag. and a 50mm televue eyepiece with it. First visual of the moon was excellent. First visual of Jupiter was good, had a bit of CA, but it is very bright and that was to be expected. I then waited until Orion came up later in the night. The nebula looked really nice, however, when I pointed to some brighter stars it appeared as though it was out of collimation. Is there a way to collimate this scope? I did a search to see if there was but I did not find anything. Thank you for the help.

I will be the first to say either an Orion XT8i or Xt10i. They are both under the $800.00 range. The reflector is the most bang for the buck. You will have to push the scope yourself to keep objects in view. The intelliscope feature will let you locate items quicker and easier. Good luck on whatever you decide!!

I saw a mobile observatory on Ebay about 6 months ago. It was built on a RV. Pretty neat toy to own.
