I recently bought an eyepiece case from Orion and what a disappointment. Their biggest case, a medium was not large enough for my 2 inch pentax eyepieces and the plastic latches were so flimsy and insecure that when I picked up the case the lid popped open and $1700 worth of eyepieces came falling out. Fortunately it was over my bed. Anyway I found what I think is a super deal on a finely crafted metal case at Home Depot for only $20. It is slightly padded and has moveable partitions, but no foam. Does anyone know where I can find some of the type of foam that normally is used in eyepieces cases. I can probably cut it to fit my eyepieces and don't need the removable precut hole type.
