I bought a Johnsonian Type V early in the manufacturing runs. I didn't get to use it due to health
problems shortly after purchase. I only recently got back into astronomy. I discovered that the platform had a bug in that it vibrates at high power. There supposedly was a fix for this but now I find the company is out of business. Does anyone know of a way to get a copy of the the chip(s) that
will fix this ?? If not do you know of a controller that might be able to be adapted to this platform ? The platform tracks fine but is useless at high power.
