There was a thread on this subject several months ago, but I just bought this mount and the instruction book is in the running for the worst I have ever encountered. I cannot make head nor tail of their instructions on polar aligning the mount. I am totally impressed with the hardware, but their tech writer needs a lot of help.
Does anyone know of any Takahashi unique groups that could help?

Well, about 9 months after you published your cry for help, I am in the same situation. New mount, new telescope, and totally stumped about what this terribly written manual says. Still searching for help!
