Tying to I.D. the components in this setup? Anyone recognize what these may be?

Looking to mount the OTA on a CG-4 or CG-5 (non Go-To). Looking for a mounting solution that will keep my budget in line. I would like to move up into a go-to system later as funds permit (1-2 years).

The question is regarding mounting the C6 SCT on the CG-4. I have been told the CG-4 is a little to light of a mount and should consider the manual control CG-5 second hand. I have no experience with this OTA or mount. I am moving over from a ETX125 where there was nothing to change in the mount setup.

I have been told the CG-4 may be to little mount for higher magnifications and any type of imaging and deep space observing.

Any comments or feedback or personal experience with the C6 on a CG-4. I am assuming there is no question about the CG-5 being optimal?

I have decided definitvely that I will be upgrading to an 8-11 inch SCT. Looking in the used market and what it will cost to put a nice setup together for good general viewing and later astrophotography.

What are the differneces between buying a SCT OTA with a good tracking mount (HEQ-6) and USED units such as a fork mounted LX200 or CPC series unit.

Both setups appear to everlap in the cost area when pulling all the components together.

PRo's and Con's of either setup?

What is the difference between a Dielectric and Aluminum enhanced diagonal from WO?

I have a WO-DIG2 AE

I have seen plenty of info on about reflectivity rates and numbers. I realize this maybe a very basic question, however I cannot find anything
in the way of specs from WO on the Aluminum enhanced units.

I looked some info up on the net and this came up...

The above link suggest that the AE is DIELECTRIC, but is does not have it written on the Diagonal itself.

I can't seem to find anything on WO website about these two topics.

Any input?

Seller has somehow acquired this and has no details about. It requires a drive out to see it. The pics not very detailed at all.

I've had a couple people suggest to stay away as there is a possibility of just being a generic run of the mill.

or the flip side...something decent, but not really fitting my needs.

I was also considering the mount alone and if the tube was worth selling?
