I just got my webcam and adapter. When I select TAKE SNAPSHOT I don't get a complete image. I get the bottom-right image that I saw in the preview window.

Can someone help?

I just bought a Orion Intelliscope for my SkyView Pro mount.
I need help with understanding the TUNING OF THE ENCODERS part.
