SBIG ST series camera Power Bricks with 12vDC 5 pin DIN connectorsPosted By Frank Dibbell |
Hi All,
I have an old ST10XME CCD camera with the standard 110AC to 12vDC power brick that delivers 12vDC to the ST10 via a 5 pin DIN connector. The only problem with this setup is that I need to get 110AC power in the field, which usually means running a 110 inverter off my 12vDC battery. Not very efficient. There must be a way to get these old cameras to run directly off a 12vDC source without having to be converted from 110AC first.
Anyone have any ideas?
thx
Frank
