I have a CGX, with a 10" sct,  permanently mounted in my observatory.  It has worked perfectly since I got it over a year ago.  I know you may damage the mount by plugging in the hand controller to the auto guider port.  I did plug in my Meade LPI into it and, since then, my Star Sense has placed the scope several degrees off on Dec and a few on RA.  It is a consistent distance off, regardless of the object I slew to after initial alignment.

Did my guide camera damage my mount?
How to fix it?

Celestron has not been in any hurry to respond to my technical requests.

So,  I would like to thank all of you for your quick responses and sage advice.....not.
I got it figured out.

I am having the same problem.  I have gone through the ads and find no discrepancies.  I have other active ads and compared them.  All seems to be in line.  What else is there?
