Newbie question: what do the different colors mean on the seller ratings in the classifieds? For example, if three sellers all have 5 stars, but one is green, one is yellow, and one is red.

How to give a rating?

Well, guess I'm getting dense, but I'm a newbie and can't figure out how to give a rating to a person I just did business with. Went to his user profile but didn't see a way to do it there.
