A spokesperson from the Kerry campaign revealed today that their investigators had uncovered ties and coordination between the RNC and the 527 PAC "art thieves for truth". The story is "art thieves for truth" had stolen the famous painting "The Scream", by Evard Munch, because it depicts how Americans feel after three and a half years under the Bush presidency.

A representative of the RNC called the charges "bogus" and that actually the shadowy group "art thieves for truth" was a left wing group that stole the painting because it represents how Americans will feel if Kerry is elected president. He also added that they discovered a paper trail between "art thieves for truth" and another left wing 527 "moveon.org", plus evidence from a Kerry campaign insider that John Kerry has "The Scream" screensaver on his personal computer.

President Bush responded that "just like Janet Jackson's right breast, I did not see "The Scream" on TV either". Again he called on Kerry to join him in shutting down these "shadowy groups".

Senator Kerry's response was, "this is just another example of the Bush smear machine at work, my screensaver is a bottle of Heinz ketchup and a large pile of money as it's always been, the memory of serving with Evard Munch in Viet Nam is seared into my mind". Kerry also promptly fired his IT manager.

You think of the typical New Yorker (city dweller, not the whole state) and a slew of stereotypical images come to mind. Obnoxious, self centered, rude, wouldn't give the time of day. They just plod along oblivious to any outside influence that has nothing to do with them or benefiting them. Now take the portrayed view of the typical Republican... I won't type it all over again, just insert Republican where New Yorker is. It would appear that these should be kindred spirits, yet New Yorkers are doing all they can to make it known that the Republican convention is not welcome there.

ahhhh... that explains it. Our Mayor (Democrat) owned one of those micro-brewery restaurants and a candidate for senate (Republican) is Pete Coors. Colorado has found the secret to reach across party lines. Now if we can just repeal that "no alcohol sold on election day" law.

I was a bit surprised, always though of myself as a left leaning Republican, a bit Libertarian, or an extreme right wing Democrat.

Whoever the Repub President is when it gets close to the election, the libs have demonstrated that they will demonize them, call them stupid, and twist their record in an effort to prove that they match the stereotype libs hold for all conservatives.

Gets close to the election.... it started this time January 2001.

It's become a four year presidential campaign instead of a year. Now nothing gets done except mudslinging and taking care of special interests so they'll support you in the next election. All those wonderful things the Democrats tell you they want to do will never get done, just no time. Have to spend all your time making the other side look bad and justifying your existence. If it looks like something may get done, you can always filibuster. Then you say "look, we can't get anything done with the Republicans in power". "Bush is a divider not a uniter". I just wish more people realized the importance of Zell Miller's speech.

None here either! The closest is the blow up Frankenstein I put in the yard, (looks kinda like Kerry), and the blow up Dracula. (a dead ringer for Richard Nixon).
