What would it matter if it is delayed? 

 Typically cases like these, especially the Jack Smith fraudulent prosecutions take years to get into court, but with Smith's prosecution, he's trying to get it brought as fast as humanly possible.

And then the prosecution hands over 3 MILLION Pages of documents for the Trump team to go through, in 8 months.  

Abjectly absurd of course, to expect the defense to be able to shuffle through 3 MILLION pages of documents and provide a defense for whatever Jack Smith was planning to charge.

So then why the push to get it into court so fast?

One answer and one answer only, which is to interfere with the election in 2024.

Smith didn't dump documents on Trump's lawyers! They've been repeatedly demanding irrelevant documents in order to DELAY the case! And that's because they don't want the case to go to trial before the election in order to prevent the public from knowing their client has been brought to justice and the public has an undeniable right to know if a presidential candidate has been convicted of a crime!

They reported in their article that there were 11.5 Million documents of discovery that the DOJ turned over to Trump's lawyers.

Then they pushed to have the trial begin in March, 7 months after giving the discovery documents to the Trump team.

What person could have enough lawyers to go through 11 Million pages of documents that are being used to try their client.  

Even with TEAM of lawyers, how many documents would that law group be able to read and prepare a case against in 7 months?  

Answer:  Nobody.  No team of lawyers could be expected to be able to prepare a case for trial in 7 months to counter the US DOJ, which has 100 if not 1000 lawyers to prosecute Donald Trump.
