Moon, Venus and Jupiter from Hawaii

Hi all,

We had excellent conditions for the conjunction of these three, and along with the clouds it made for some interesting images. This first one is just after sunset.

And if that last one wasn't fun, this one came later on with the moon and clouds playing together, and I swear it looks like Santa peering down on us.

As I'm sitting here typing looking out the window at the greyness, and wind whipped snow falling, one word comes to mind

HAWAII!!

Don't forget the sunscreen. 8)
