Just wondering .... my controller will occasionally lose power momentarily and reset to the start menu. I've checked connections and they are all tight so is this because some onboard battery is low and needs replacing?

1) you are losing power at the 12 volt input connection to the servo box. The male connector has a center pin which is split (2 tines) Take a small bladed screw driver and gently spread the tines apart. This will allow the connector to make good contact with the female connector on the servo box.
2) If the resetting of the keypad takes you back each time to the start menu, then you have very old software in your keypad. You can update your software via download from our website. Doing so will eliminate the resetting to start menu.
