lx200 gps motor stalled,motor faillure

GOOD DAY TO ALL
Last neight I received a message from my AutoStar II MOTOR FAILLURE,MOTOR STALLED? I HAVE A BIG PROBLEME .I put my lx200 to off and go for a restart but a receive the same message.Some one have some explications for this probleme.

Assuming your scope is decently balanced...as always when problems like this crop up:

Calibrate motors
Train drives (be sure to do both alt and az)

If that doesn't help, try a reset, then Calibrate and Train.
